How to Find Us
SAAF is located within Wesley Clover Parks, but we are in the "Stabling Area", which has its own dedicated entrance (but not its own address). This means that if you use a GPS for the address of Wesley Clover Parks (which is: 401 Corkstown Road), you will be directed to the Main Gates (which is not the entrance for our event). Directional signage will be visible from the road, and we ask that you please follow the signs, and enter where the signs indicate "Event Entrance".
Please use the entrance indicated by the gold star on the Site Plan graphic pictured below.

Parking
Once you have entered through the correct entrance (see above section for details), please park in the designated parking area (in the grass across from the exhibition). Please refer to the Aerial Site Plan image below to help you find us and the parking area.
Please leave the accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities.

Site Map
The map below shows the booth numbers for the SAAF exhibition area (please refer to the Site Plan image above to see where our exhibition area is located).
Note that SAAF only occupies the south-east section of the Stabling Area at Wesley Clover Parks.

Accessibility
We strive to keep our events equitable and accessible, please see below for more details.
PARKING
There are designated parking spots for people with disabilities. Please park in the designated parking area as indicated in the Site Plan. These spots will be the closest to the pedestrian walk-way (look for a small white bridge).
PERSONS WITH MOBILITY ISSUES
If you need assistance from the parking area (e.g. elderly persons, foot-cast, etc.) please let our staff know upon your entry into the site, and we will do our best to get you shuttled by one of our golf carts.
WHEELCHAIR USERS
While the entire site is on one level (i.e. ground-level), the event does take place outdoors, and our parking area is on the grass. Depending on weather the site can get muddy and might make it challenging for wheelchair users. Please also note that the exhibitor booths are horse-stalls, which have a small metal bar across the bottom of the door-way; this could make pose a challenge for wheelchairs. Many exhibitors will however have displays outside of their booths.
ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS
There will be porta-potties on site, including accessible potties.
NOISE
There will be music playing all day Saturday June 22, and there will be localized live-music playing in the food vendor area on Sunday June 23.
HORSES
There will be a horse-show running concurrently at Wesley Clover Parks on the Sunday (June 23rd) of our event. They are located away from our event area and do not cross into our event. If you wish to see the horses however, you may do so by going to the competition rings and gardens.
